Ordering

How do I place an order?

Follow instructions within the menu.

  1. Add items and quantities to your cart.
  2. Select checkout once order is complete.
  3. Process payment.

When is the cut-off time for orders?

We require 48 hours to process your order for pickup or delivery.

Our Food, Dietaries & Allergens

Do you cater for gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian diets?

Yes, we do. See the menu for details.

Is your food Halal-certified?

We use the finest certified Halal meats.

Can I request for changes for dietary requirements or allergies?

Yes, you can. Please note all allergy requests in our Notes section when checking out. Please read through the disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

Does the food come hot or cold, and is it labelled?

All food are labelled for your convenience. Food will be delivered warm if it is a cooked item, and cold and fresh for everything else. Heating instructions are available on our website.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

All accepted payment methods are available upon checkout.

Do you offer business or corporate catering accounts?

We do not offer accounts of any sort. Payment is required to checkout.

Is there a minimum spend for orders?

Pick up orders have a $200 minimum spend, while delivery orders have a $350 minimum spend plus delivery fee.

Do you accept invoice payments for businesses?

Businesses can enquire about our corporate catering packages directly through our website catering page.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver within 30km of Melbourne CBD.

What are your delivery time slots?

Anytime between 9am to 9pm.

What are your delivery rates?

Delivery rates are determined on location and calculated upon checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, definitely. Pickup address is provided upon checkout.

Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

What is your cancellation policy?

A 100% fee is charged for orders cancelled before 24 hours prior.

What should I do if I need to make changes after placing my order?

Do you provide cutlery, plates, or napkins?

Yes, we can on request.

Do you cater for large group sizes?
